Wonderful vacation
We had owned a condo in new Smyrna for 17 years and we were excited to come back to the area. The check-in process was very smooth as we were getting in very late that night. The property itself had lots of space was clean. The bathrooms were not Stocked with towels and initially, I only found two bath towels for the entire unit but once I called the management, I was able to find a linen closet that had lots of beach towels, bath towels, etc. One thing that was disappointing was there was no access to the beach. They were in the process of building stairs to go from , the pool area and grounds to get down to the beach. I wish this would have been disclosed when we booked this unit as being on the beach with a priority for us. I called the management company asking about that and the representative said she would call me back once she got more information and that never happened. I ended up talking to one of the other residents who told me that we needed to cross over the next property, and then there was a large pile of sand that you could walk down to get to the beach. I was able to do it, but it wasn’t necessarily simple :-) the kids did it without a problem, though! Overall, the place was very quiet, nice amenities and facilities, perfect for my daughters, senior Spring break! In the description it also said there was supposed to be a blender in the kitchen, which was not there. I reached out and did not get a response until the day before we left. But overall great!
