If you want to be in the main hub of Lake fun, this is the place to be! This is the entire property listing, sleeping 18 with parking for 16 vehicles.
5 bedroom, 4 bathroom with two kitchens, two dining, & two living, foosball table and sitting area, in main home. Washer and dryer. Screened-in porch, firepit, bbq deck, & large yard with sprawling pecan trees. Two boat slips available. Fishing dock. Separate 1/1 cottage that sleeps 4 with full kitchen, dining, living.

July 4th stay

We enjoyed our stay , thank you for the opportunity and sharing your home. Our stay was very cozy, comfortable and clean . When needing to ask a question ,it was just a text away . Would definitely stay here and recommend to other family , friends thanks.

Overall it was a nice place on the lake, however it could use some upgrading of the furniture and it needed some repairs. At least two of the televisions didn’t work, the disposal didn’t work. The cottage had a strange disturbing noise coming out of the wall, I think it was a water pump. It kept me awake at night. The owner made a good attempt to fix the television but it didn’t quite work. The outdoor grill was old and not really safe to use. It would be a lot more enjoyable if upgrades and repairs were made. Good location.

Great spot with plenty of room to spread out. Host even had it decorated for America’s 250th 4th of July Birthday including some nice touches for the kiddos.

I love this neighborhood for the gentle slope to the water, soaring pecan trees, and open water fun!

What makes this property unique

Even though the main home is an older home, everything has been updated to modern standards. The cottage - C - is basically new and a great space! Each space having its own kitchen is a nice amenity.
Everyone has privacy!
The backyard is lovely with lots of shade. The sun deck is the perfect place to grab those rays and see everything going on at the Lake!
