Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the experience you had during your stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we are truly sorry that the condition of the home did not meet these expectations .We will address your concerns with the cleaning team to ensure this does not happen again. We also regret that the towel situation was not ideal - normally each guest is provided with 3 towels. I will also be speaking with the housekeeping team to find out why so few towels were provided. I have also alerted our guest experience team. Once again, we offer our sincere apologies.

Dear Chaim, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we truly apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. We understand how frustrating it must have been to face multiple communication hurdles. As outlined in the villa info pack, in-house issues like the pool, hot tub, and other amenities should be reported directly to the property manager for immediate attention. We can see that there was a breakdown in communication here, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience that caused. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to ensuring that these matters are addressed promptly. If you haven’t already been contacted by our resolutions team, we encourage you to reach out directly, and we will make sure everything is resolved. Once again, we appreciate your patience and are working to ensure these issues do not happen in the future.
