Family Gathering

Loved the accommodations of 2 refrigerator/freezers, dishwashers, and ovens. Great for a family our size. Also beneficial to have the extra table for cooking outside. Wonderful family trip!!!

Family Vacation

The overall stay was good. There could have been better communication about certain things in the house (pool heating) &from manager during the stay also updating the maintenance on the house such as if damage is done for the previous family then they are charged for repairs (not charged and leave the damage).

LOVELY HOME

THERE WERE MINOR THINGS NOTICE WRONG WITH HOME, BUT OVERALL HOME IS BEAUTIFUL AND PLENTY OF SPACE. THE MINOR THINGS WERE NOTHING BIG, I TRIED REPORTING THEM BUT MY PHONE WOULDN'T LET ME. I'M SURE YOU ALL WERE AWARE, SO NO NEED TO MAKE A BIG FUSS ABOUT IT, BECAUSE THE HOME SPOKE FOR ITSELF,,,IT'S A BEAUTIFUL HOME. I ENJOYED KEEPING IT CLEANED LIKE IT WAS MY OWN.

I would love to like this home however there was so many things that was truly disappointing. The house was dirty. Dirty floors, walls, doors and baseboards. Some of the showers had hair in them and we had to clean them ourselves. Two of the toilets were clogged and wouldn't flush. One of the sinks would hold water and was slow to drain. We couldn't get a plumber out until the next day. The stove was difficult to operate and took a very long time to heat. The dryer made this EXTREMLY loud noise when running. Bottom line is this house needs to be thoroughly cleaned and painted. It's great to accommodate a large number of people but don't expect this immaculate clean place.

Very disappointed

We are not picky travelers. I have seen bad reviews on homes we stayed in and couldn't imagine what the critic saw. This home was DIRTY. Dirty walls, dirty carpets, dirty floors. If you walked barefoot, your feet got black. I requested a carpet clean just in one area before the bulk of our crew arrived and was told that it has passed inspection of the last cleaning crew. Also no extras in this house what so ever. Only 1 towel per person for the stay including to be used at the pool.

Terrible communication with host and property management delaying multiple issues on property

So right away there was an issue with the pool and hot tub heating,besides that the color of the pool was yellow and dirty, property management told me gas pump was broken the host responded hours later and always kept me floating back and forth. I was sent to multiple different management parties to solve this issue,I was told on the phone I was going to get compensated by encore Orlando management but they still never did, I still reach out to the host and they tell me to reach out to property management which I have so doesn’t seem there word was kept. Oven, pool table and some chairs were broken. Theater room no sound.
