Enjoy a short stroll to shops, restaurants, and a lively farmers market – no need to worry about driving or parking – or venture out to Big Island attractions from a prime location! At the end of the day, relax in the refreshing pool, and take advantage of pool-side BBQ facilities surrounded by lush Island flowers and wildlife.

This two-story, townhome-style condo opens into a spacious main floor, boasting a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and all new appliances. The modern kitchen, with ocean views, overlooks an open living space with large screen TV, and ample seating for the whole family. You will also find a washer and dryer, and spacious half bath on the main floor. (Sink and Toilet Only) Air Conditioning available on the Main Floor & Master Bedroom Upstairs! . No AC in the twin bedroom upstairs.

Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom with a walk in shower only(no tub) with gorgeous unique finishes. Travertine tile surround, vessel sink with remarkable wood carved features in the vanity. The master bedroom offers a large lanai with stunning ocean views, and a cozy table where you are invited to take in the beauty of the Kona coast. Relaxation Seating as well.
