Clean, comfy, and cozy!
This cottage, freshly painted and cleaned from top to bottom is available year round, has a fully equipped kitchen, unobstructed lake views, lakefront area for grilling and fires, WiFi and television. There is off street parking available for 2 vehicles. 

There are 2 bedrooms  - 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds, the other has a trundle bed which can become 2 twins or a 'Full'. Each bedroom has individually controlled baseboard heat. There is a futon in the living room that can accommodate up to another another 2 people. All linens are included.

The cottage is steps away from The Lighthouse Restaurant and the Black North Inn and about 1/2 mile north of The 4Cs Marina.

Very nice place to spend the weekend,we frequent the area often and this was our 1st stay here but will definitely stay there again on future ventures. Spoke with the owner in person during our stay and he was very welcoming. Overall it was a great experience.

The cottage was quaint and cozy with a lovely view of the lake. It was nice to be able to sit out in the camp chairs at the lakeside and just sit and relax and listen to the waves and the Caspian Terns making their squawking noises. It was a quick walk to the mouth of the Oak Orchard Creek and watch the fishing boats come and go and to view a glorious sunset. We met Judd and had a great chat with him. Overall, it was a wonderful little get-away for us.

Nice little cottage with a fantastic location for my three week fishing vacation on Lake Ontario. Nothing fancy, but clean and very comfortable, perfect for my needs. Loved the location of the firepit right by the shoreline of the lake, surrounded by Adirondack chairs. I also enjoyed the BBQ grill and outdoor picnic table area, as well as the small front deck on the cottage that lends itself well to lounging after a long day on the lake. I also appreciated the air conditioning, cable TV and washer/dryer, all making my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. All of this, and the very quiet and peaceful location, added up to a great stay for me, and I’m already looking forward to a stay next year.

Great vacation

Perfect vacation spot for our family with dogs, it is centrally located to see local attractions, Buffalo/Niagra, Rochester and Letchworth State Park (AKA Grand Canton of the east). It was clean with great waterfront view.

Great Stay

Overall a great stay. The fire pit by the lake was magnificent, perfect place for a glass of wine(our bourbon) after a long day fishing. The place was exactly as advertised, and great communication with the host. Would definitely recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat!

R & R location

My wife and I split our time between our home in Buffalo and Lake Ontario. We love the beauty and splendor of Lake Ontario and feel that Point Breeze is a treasure. Its proximity to natural wonders as well as its convenient location (within an hour of 2 major cities and Niagara Falls) makes it a perfect place to vacation.

Why they chose this property

This cottage, which we renovated in 2013, is ideally located. You can walk to local restaurants, you can walk to a nearby boat launch (or kayak or canoe in the river or the lake), you can walk to the fishing pier, you can cook or grill your own food, or you can kick back and enjoy the view from the deck or from the living room.
