Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Bag all trash and bring it down to the beach where the can is.
Remove all food from the fridge.
Do not leave any dirty dishes in the sink or on the counter.
Lock all doors before leaving.
Leave any dirty or wet towels in the inside shower.
Make sure the fire pit is fully extinguished if used.
Return all lounge cushions to the bin on the beach.
Turn off all lights and
Turn all air conditioning units off except the main floor air conditioner, set it to 72°F.
Strip the used beds only and place sheets in the bin in the downstairs bedroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
