Pezula Beach is a newly-built (2023), contemporary, private, secure, oceanfront home on the East Cape of Cabo. An eco-friendly, air-conditioned dream home with saltwater pool inclusive of multi colored mood lighting, indoor and outdoor kitchen and dining, marble throughout, 75" inch TV, 3 bedroom suites and 3.5 baths - all with breath-taking views to take in the surf, sun and whale watching. Step off the pool deck and onto the pristine beach where you can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and surfing. Amenities include a ping-pong table, fire-pit, paddle boards, on-site staff to change linens every 3 days. Additional services available upon request. Option to add 2 additional suites in the adjacent property by contacting host. This enchanting getaway is 30 minutes from downtown San Jose Del Cabo and 20 minutes to Flora Farms and Acre farm-to-table restaurants. Shipwrecks surf beach a mile south and La Fortuna surf spot half a mile north with 3 restaurants, Zai Sushi, Lateral and Shade. Leave the world behind and enjoy beachfront luxury along the untouched East Cape coast of Cabo!

A stunning beach house on a lovely beach near La Fortuna. A perfect place for two couples (with the double master bedrooms overlooking the ocean). We so enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were fantastic and very responsive to any request. Highly recommend!

This home is gorgeous and was such a treat to stay in. Pool is wonderful, beach is amazing, the home very nicely appointed with all the right things to make your stay a great time. Fabulous gem in Cabo

Amazing beachfront property in more secluded part of Cabo. The hosts are very responsive and the couple who maintain the property live in an adjacent building and came to check to make sure are needs were met throughout our stay. Would definitely repeat!

Perfect to get away from it all!

The house is great. The owners, managers and caretakers were responsive and just lovely to work with. Everything was in great condition and they had more amenities than most East Cape homes. We definitely plan to return.

Perfect stay for a 3 generation trip!

My parents, brother and his family and my family came to Cabo for my sister’s wedding in East Cape and this was the perfect place to stay. Property is beautiful! Exactly as pictured online. The staff were wonderful! They purchased a pack and play for us to use with our daughter, so accommodating.

Secret Oasis

We took my brother and his wife down to Pezula Beach and had the most memorable experience. The hosts have been extremely thoughtful in providing everything we use in our daily lives and some! The onsite caretaker Olivia and the Pezula Beach staff were extremely friendly and we felt like they accommodated all of our needs.

Luxury, Relaxing Vacation

Olivia was great and greeted us at the gate when we arrived. The house is very well stocked with great quality items which gave a feeling of having a luxury resort all to your self. The view is phenomenal. We were lucky enough to see whales throughout the entire stay from the pool/patios. Very quiet and relaxing. The house is fabulous. Very well thought out amenities! We can’t wait to come back to stay again.

beautiful modern house on the beach

We loved staying here. Amazingly clean and almost brand new. Olivia and Davio, the caretakers were lovely, and Percy, the owner, was very welcoming. Our only challenge was that this is not a swimmable beach. It was great for paddle boarding -- if you launch at high tide. The beach is very rocky (sharp rocks) and tides are strong. Although we didn't have access to a kayak (as offered in the listing), we were able to rent one at the surf shop in Fortuna down the beach. Overall, though, a very fun week. Highly recommend.

Wonderful beach vacation

We spent the most wonderful week at the Pezula Beach House near La Fortuna on the Cabo San Jose East Cape. The location right on the beach to view the numerous whales "dancing" above the water is unequaled. The newly completed modern complex is upgraded with all of the necessary conveniences of home, without sparing any comforts. The swimming pool, and tanning lounger-chairs with well placed umbrellas together with its adjacent amenities with a huge open plan kitchen, large TV area (with all the USA channels) and comfortable living areas inside and out make this resort the very idea of an upscale beach vacation. We have never enjoyed a restful peaceful vacation like this one. I can highly recommend this location and am prepared to answer any questions for potential vacationers at my cell phone: USA + 949-874-5333.
