This Moab retreat is perfectly designed for multiple families or groups of friends. It has a spacious layout and the 3-bed/2-bath configuration is perfect for welcoming up to 6 guests.

Our townhome is ideally located just a 5min drive from downtown where you can check out all the great restaurants and shops and we are conveniently situated 15 minutes from Arches National Park and just a 45-minute drive from captivating Canyonlands National Park. Can’t wait to get out on the greens? Don’t forget to book a tee time at Moab Golf Club which is only two miles from the front door!

Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim and La Sal mountains.
The patio is a wonderful place to gather and share stories of the days' activities! In cooler months, relax by the gas fireplace after a long day of adventure or soak in the private hot tub located just outside on the enclosed patio. The nearby community pool and hot tub (open seasonally) are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat!

The home offers a two-car garage, driveway and plenty of curbside parking for trailers and extra vehicles. The home has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!

Great Condo! Better than Motel!

This property is very clean and in a generally quiet location. Having a hot tub for my family was awesome so we didn't have to compete for space at the community pool. The beds are comfortable and the condo is well supplied. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice and spacious accommodations with modern amenities. Kids enjoyed having their own rooms. Beautiful views from deck area. Good location a short 10-20 minute drive to town and Arches. Highly recommend this unit!

It couldve been cleaner. There was a note ln the thermostat that said dont lower below 69. It took us 3 days of not much sleep to lower it to 68 and then 67 so we all could sleep correctly. Pillows were terrible and tje matresses needed updated. Jacuzzi was nice and very hot water showers.

Great stay for a small group!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really nice condo, bedrooms and common areas were great. Private hot-tub was a real plus and got a lot of use from us. The pool was also great. Just a short drive from downtown Moab and we were able to get to Arches in about 20 minutes.

Moab 240 Team HQ

Used this property during the Moab 240 run. Convenient location to Moab and to race aid stations. Very nice condo. Comfortable beds. Team total was 3 adults. Spacious. Nice.

Very nice place! Well stick with towels for the hot tub, plates and silverware for a large group, and other stuff for living like laundry detergent dishwasher soap and toilet paper. My only complaint is the master king bed needs to be replaced it was like sleeping in a hole.

Quiet Stay

Very quiet neighborhood. Could also have been due to the fact that kids were back in school and renters were mostly adults. Home was huge. Very roomy. Fan in master should be looked at. Very noisy. Other than that, perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Rim Village Y3 was wonderful! The home was very spacious for our family. The kitchen was stocked full of essentials to cook. The beds were super comfy. We loved the spacious master bath and also the convenience of being able to catch up on laundry. We picked this spot because we wanted to be close to Arches NP and Canyonlands NP. It was an excellent location and just right up the road from Moab town center to go dining or stock the fridge with groceries. We loved the private hot tub to relax in after our long hikes at night. We even enjoyed the garage for unloading and loading our vehicle. The house was very clean and I love that the vacation rental service leaves you all the essentials to shower, do your laundry and all! We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend.

Everything was very nice. Wish I had read the instructions better instead of searching for the unit. Just 2 drawbacks. 1. It was very hot in Moab for our 3 days so to keep the unit cool at night was a challenge. Either a litter too warm or too cold. 2. The other makes me wonder why there is a cleaning fee when at the end of my stay I have to remove all the garbage and do the recycling. Seems petty, and for 3 for 3 nights we had only 1 bag each.

Fine place to stay.

Last minute booking b/c of a booking error, so this place was bigger and more expensive than we needed, but it worked out well. To be perfectly honest. The layout isn’t the best, but it worked ok.
