The house is very clean and has everything that you would need. Location/neighborhood is great. Easy to check into. We did not use the pool but it looked nice.
Stayed here with three teens on school spring break. Perfect for preparing meals and relaxing after fun days in the national parks. Quiet location close to Moab.
This was a great location about 5 minutes from downtown Moad. Amazing views of Moab Rim and the La Sals! Stocked with everything you expect. The towels and some kitchen utensiles could use an refresh but when that's the only bad thing you can say about your VRBO, it's a good place.
Condo was as-advertised. Check in was simple and easy, property manager's responses to my few questions were prompt. The property was well-maintained. Kitchen, linens, and supplies needed were stocked and ready. Everything worked. The complex's pool/hot tub were closed for large-scale (i.e. not brief) renovations, which would have been nice to know since we were looking forward to a soak.

Limited Cell service and the Wi-Fi info not available in the condo. Lots of info about what you cant do in this rental but no Wi-Fi instructions. Had to go get cell service to get Wi-Fi login from email. Pretty nice views but they’re all interrupted with blinds that cant be raised. Hot tub was 95 degrees and didn’t get hot enough for our one night stay. Pretty far from community pool. Tightly packed condo/duplex community. Early checkout, cleaners arrived at 10:20. No parking in the road in front of the condo, had to park the trailer down the road. Garage door didn’t shut automatically.
