This home is roughly an 8-minute walk (2-minute Golf Cart ride) to the beachfront road and a 15-minute walk (4-minute Golf Cart ride) to Whale`s Tails/public beach access.

Located in a beautiful, walkable gated community, you are a short walk to stores, a coffee shop, eateries, ice cream, and a winery. Relax and sip coffee on the front porch made at the coffee station in the house or take a short, easy walk to Bad Ass Coffee which is a few hundred yards from the main gate.

There is parking available for 3 mid-sized cars in the driveway and the courtesy Golf Cart (LSV) in the garage. There is no street parking allowed per HOA rules (strictly enforced). Guests with more cars than fit in the driveway may choose to park additional cars at local commercial lots.
There are smart TV`s provided that you can login and and use streaming services, but basic cable is not provided.

Early check-in or late check-out can be purchased in 2 hour blocks for $100 (Subject to availability, contact host for more information).
To access this property, before arrival, the individual booking will need to sign a rental agreement and a provide a copy of your drivers license or other acceptable form of photo ID. Details on how to sign agreement and provide ID will be sent after booking (simple links that take a couple minutes to complete). A golf cart is included as a courtesy amenity for guest convenience. Use is voluntary, permissive only, and not part of a rental, transportation, or commercial vehicle service. Guests assume all responsibility for safe and lawful operation.

We have one security camera on the front porch of the house. This camera will be on during your stay. This camera does have the ability to record audio and video. There is also a ring doorbell at the front door, this device is not connected and is broken.

Required booking age is 21 years of age or older (meaning the person booking must be 21).
The cocktail pool is heated to roughly 92 degrees all year long.
