Enjoy the Saltwater pool and the heated jacuzzi after a long day of forgetting what day it is! Centrally located and I-5 accessible are the first things you will notice when arriving at the property. The view in the backyard of the Grants Pass neighborhood skyline is something that you well definitely enjoy while having a couple drinks on the back deck. The kitchen is also fully stocked which makes it very easy to enjoy a home cooked meal during your stay. King size beds are also a huge plus!
The space
Welcome to my home where you can spend your days forgetting what day it is! The home is filled with subtle but convenient extras that will make your stay more comfortable.

➡The house has 2 floors and it has an open floor plan with plenty of room for up to 8 people.

➡The first room upon entering is the living room/kitchen and dining room with seating for everyone and marble counter tops.

➡Bedroom #1 is on the first floor and it has a king size bed in it. One of the bathrooms is also on the first floor.

➡There is a set of stairs that takes you down to the second floor of the home.

➡Once you go down the stairs, the first room on your left is going to be Bedroom #2 which also has a king size bed.

➡After you pass Bedroom #2, the next room is a smaller family room with a sleeper sofa, childrens playing area and a 50 inch TV.

➡Across the smaller living room is Bedroom #3 which has a queen bed.

➡At the bottom of the stairs and to the right of the smaller family room, there is a half kitchen with cabinets, sink and microwave next to the washer and dryer.

➡The second bathroom is on the lower floor at the end of the half kitchen and also attached to Bedroom#3.

➡There is a glass slider door that is attached to the smaller living room downstairs that takes you to the backyard where there is an open seating area and small grass yard that is fully fenced.

➡The pool is below the fully fenced smaller grass yard and is also fully fenced to keep younger children from entering the pool area without adult supervision.
Guest access
The front door has an electronic smart lock, so no physical keys needed to get checked in. I will provide the 4-digit code with the check-in instructions before arrival. If there are any issues, I will be able to unlock or lock it remotely.

Guests will have access to the entire home except the garage. Play in the quiet neighborhood in the front yard while and enjoy the back yard with the saltwater pool. The back yard is also available with a seating area and BBQ station for an afternoon BBQ with friends! Enjoy the entire home during your stay and all the amenities that the property offers on your vacation!
Other things to note
There is a lawn service company that does come by once per week on Tuesdays at noon and they will be taking care of the front yard and the back yard. The backyard pool is fully fenced although it does not look like it is in the pictures in the listing. This was recently done and is now safe for little children although the safety of any children who are staying at the property is ultimately and always the responsibility of the parent and not me as the host.

Additional requests
Please make sure to perform a general clean up of the home before you leave, including the back yard. We also would kindly ask that you make sure that the hot tub cover is closed before you check out.
