Welcome to Sunset Haven on Lake Winnisquam, this home sleeps fourteen with six bedrooms and four-bathrooms. This home offers quiet seclusion and plenty of fun for everyone!

The living room features cozy seating, as well as a flat-screen television with cable and a DVD player, a ping pong table and a pool table. Enjoy cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen and dine together at the eight-person table, and find additional seating at the counter. There's a media room on the 2nd floor that includes lounge chairs and a flat-screen television.

There is also a 4 season room with full windows and three hanging hammocks.

This home offers 3 private 25' boat docks, with a U shaped covered dock, along with a slip in the middle and a slip on either side. There are also paddle-boards, kayaks, and canoes available. Sit back and relax at this amazing home for the week while enjoying the views of Lake Winnisquam.

A spectacular spot

We had a lovely stay on lake Winnisquam. The water is perfect--clean and cool but not cold, even late in the season. The sandy beach slopes away quickly, so it's ideal for kids and adults. And the house is situated so you can't see other houses from the beach so it feels really private. If you really want a strong, hot shower, you might be disappointed by the water pressure, but overall this house is a gem!
