This property is a ‘Jewel’ on Lake Hamilton. It is a very nice house in a quiet neighborhood prefect for a quick (or not so quick) get-away. The rooms are very clean, the two bedrooms spacious with their own bathrooms, and the view over the lake is gorgeous either from inside the beautiful living room or from the porch with lake access. The host is exceptional: friendly, courteous, responding quickly to inquiries. She even provided tips and coupons for restaurants nearby. All in all – a perfect stay.

The Anderson Lakehouse is a wonderful place to stay. The house is beautiful and the view of Lake Hamilton is gorgeous. Whether sitting inside looking out through the floor to ceiling windows, or sitting on the covered deck, or sitting on the dock, it was so peaceful. It’s a great place to recharge. If you are looking to explore the area, the house is close to downtown Hot Springs (about a 10 minute drive based on traffic), close to Lake Catherine and the beautiful Garvan Woodland Gardens. It is also close to many delicious restaurants. You couldn’t ask for a better host than Cyndy. She is a long time resident and is involved with hospitality in the area. She knows all the good places and is a wealth of information, easily reached by text. She actually lives on the property, but we never knew she was there, so privacy was not an issue.Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay and we would stay here again without hesitation.

Hot Springs is a great getaway with so many fun activities and great restaurants to enjoy. The lake house is minutes to walking trails and eateries. My home is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Fall season.
