About this property

Huddle Bay Haven w/ Dock and Lake Access

Welcome to our haven in Huddle Bay! Our newly renovated home has private lake access, and a private dock on one of the most quiet and beautiful bays on the lake. There is a 5 minute walk down a private road to a beach reserved for the less than ten houses on the street. The beach is mostly shallow water and is a great place for your young children to splash around while you relax. Leave your boat at our dock space by the beach and walk right back up to the house. The dock is soft bottom and can accommodate up to a 26 foot boat. You can also use our kayaks to enjoy beautiful Lake George!

This home has traditional knotty pine throughout, with modern touches in all of the rooms. The home features vaulted ceilings, a stately fireplace, and an open concept for friends and family to gather. The entire kitchen is brand new, from the island to the appliances. The entire home was renovated in the Fall of 2023.

The game room/movie room on the lower level is a perfect place for the whole family to have fun!

Outside, we have a fire pit, corn hole game, BBQ grill and Trex Table.
Our home is located just a short drive from town, where you will find great restaurants, marinas, boat rentals, grocery and liquor stores and various shops.

This home features 3 bedrooms, as follows: 1st floor-King Bed with private bath. Upstairs: Bedroom 1: 1 Twin/Full Bunk Bed and Queen over Queen Bunk. Upstairs Bedroom 2: Queen Bed. Upstairs, we have a beautiful vaulted deck for guests to enjoy. We also have a futon and additional spaces for guests to sleep.

***This home is available during all 4 seasons, with a 2 night minimum in the off-peak season. We are about 30 minutes from West Mountain Skiing and Snow tubing, and Gore Mountain as well.***

This house is even better in person! Very spacious, parking on both sides of the house and is in a very convenient location with easy access to Bolton Landing restaurants and bars. It's a 10/10, would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic family getaway

Beautiful house. Close to Town of Lake George and close to Bolton Landing with shops and restaurants . Everything and more provided. Walking down to the lake is a plus especially for kayaking. Relaxing decks, and central air a plus since when we stayed it was in the 90’s. Game room downstairs a plus for children. Will probably stay again next year. You won’t be disappointed.

Definitely want to come back

We didn’t plan well, only got to see a few things, but what we did see was beautiful. The cottage was really nice and Lindsay and Andrew had great communication, helping us enormously with all our questions. The place was very warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend and come back for more time next time. Also want to check out the area during the on season.

The House on the Cul de Sac that will provide lasting memories!

A beautiful property that is even more beautiful in person. A warm and inviting space that is perfect for a group of friends or families. The kitchen is the heart of the home! It lends it self for cooking meals and the large island makes a great hang out space. With the open floor plan of the kitchen everyone can easily hang out either at the large dining room table, at the island stools, or on one of the comfy couches close by. It is the ideal open floor concept, everyone is together but has plenty of space to lounge and do their own thing. The basement is a dream entertainment space with a huge tv, large couches, a brand new air hockey table, and an arcade style basketball shooting game for two. Your kids or friends will definitely be entertained for sure. If you’re looking for a property that will provide an outdoor space to lounge and enjoy some fresh air, this is your place. The outdoor decks on both floors provide a beautiful space to enjoy a cup of coffee, drink, or a meal all while taking in the amazing fresh air of upstate. Lastly, if you’re looking for access to the lake this property provides a private beach just a short walk away. The private beach provides a picnic bench, green space for kids to run around on, and a brand new dock that you can sit on while you soak in the sunrise and the view! This is the kind of property you can enjoy throughout all the seasons and is one we will 100% book again in the future!

Originally from Westchester County, our family spent all of our summers at our grandmother's cabin in Bolton Landing. As children, we fell in love with Lake George, and it was a dream of ours to be able to provide that same experience to our three young children. Our home is a dream come true, and we would love to share it with those who will enjoy the lake as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

Having a beach to access quiet Huddle Bay for swimming, kayaking, boating, and fishing is all we need in the summer! This location is wonderfully central-a short boat ride to the Narrows where you can find beautiful bays, cliff jumping, hiking, ice cream, and more fishing and swimming! From our beach, you look directly out at the famous Sagamore Hotel (which often has fireworks at night.) We are also a short drive into town where you can access all that Bolton Landing has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Our home has private lake access and a dock that will fit a 25 foot boat, which is what sets us apart from many of the other homes in Bolton. Our home was also completely finished in Fall of 2023, so the home and all of the furnishings are brand new, making this house beautiful and efficient both in the winter and summer months.
