I am a hard-working and loving father that's just trying to get by. I rent this place out of necessity in order to keep the property for my kids.
Why they chose this property
Perfect location in the center of Lexington. This is the first house I ever owned and my kids grew up in it. I am trying to keep it and supplement the mortgage so I can give it to my children when they get older, so please treat it with respect.
