We had an amazing Labor Day weekend at this beautiful North Captiva home! It was the perfect spot for relaxing on the beach, fishing, enjoying the pool and spending quality family time. The home was comfortable and the perfect island getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect stay! The home had everything we could have possibly needed and more. Communication with the owner and staff was great, and the location was ideal, with wonderful views from every part of the house. The island has amazing restaurants with great food, and using a golf cart was the perfect way to get around and see everything. We would definitely come back!

Quiet, clean and well maintained. Right on the bay with a beach. Gulf side is a quick golf cart ride to an amazing beach. Can’t go wrong choosing this property.

Beautiful home, well decorated and super comfortable. Love the multiple decks for sunrise and sunset viewing. The pictures are accurate, it’s that pretty and the property manager is exceptional. The island is relatively isolated, restaurant options are very limited. This home has a jacuzzi on the largest deck facing the beach and waterway. If you want a no stress, super relaxed vacation where you do most or all of the cooking this location is perfect,

Holiday Vacation Perfect Days

We had a wonderful, relaxing time together, soaking in the peaceful moments. The house is gorgeous, providing the perfect backdrop for our stay. Mornings were magical as we watched porpoises gracefully swimming near the shore, and afternoons were spent fishing by the water. Evenings brought breathtaking sunsets, painting the sky with vibrant hues, and we cherished quality family time, creating memories to treasure forever.

Sunsets to die for

If you’re looking to escape the rat race and just enjoy total beachfront serenity, this is a great choice. There’s no pressure to sightsee, shop or take part in any nightlife because you’re quite literally on a private island. The house is terrific for stargazing, sunsets, sunrises, reading, napping, cooking simple meals, and enjoying some wine with all of it. A helpful local couple will stock the fridge for you, so you don’t have to lift a finger!

Wonderful House

We stayed at SweetWater Bat in mid June 2025. What a beautiful property. The bayside beach in front of the house is essentially private. We did not see another soul. The Gulf beach is only a one minute golf cart ride away. The house is beautifully well kept with an amazing porch overlooking the bay. We will definitely visit again. Also, we definitely recommend having Yvena pickup your groceries prior to arriving as she did a great job stocking the house.
