Incredible Stay

Villa OSU is an incredible experience! Hacienda Panilla and their surrounding areas are absolutely fabulous. Not only enjoying the Villa but also a day at the JW Marriott and the beach club are fantastic. The support staff and our lovely housekeeper Josely were amazing. They coordinated shuttles and excursions for us. An incredible stay all around!

Villa OSU

We had a wonderful time at Villa OSU. Dunia was amazing and so helpful everyday. Tati and the support staff were super responsive and helpful as well. The house is beautiful and as pictured. The beds are very comfortable and nice bedding. The living area is very comfortable and the extra bunk room with ping pong table and foosball was great for the kids. We would have liked a few more loungers around the pool and maybe one or 2 umbrellas. We would definitely book again!

Villa OSU

We loved Villa OSU, the house, gardens, pool accommodated our group of 8. Very Spacious. Housekeeping rearranged every day cleaning to every third day with no concerns. Pool maintenance was not the best. We arrived jan 16 and the pool was not maintained until we contacted the team bc the pool walls were showing algae and the water was not clear. Pool maintenance could be improved. The ice maker in the refrigerator could not keep up with our large group. Possibly a separate ice maker would come in handy for large groups. Sophie our housekeeper did a great job cleaning such a large home. Thank you and we would recommend Villa OSU to friends and family.

Relaxing stay!

Our family of six had an awesome stay at Villa OSU. The house was clean and spacious and Joseline (sp ?) made a delicious breakfast and kept the house tidy and towels fresh for us. Beds were comfortable and plenty of outdoor seating for us. We enjoyed golf, horseback riding, the beach club (rented surf board and boogie boards). Suggestions made and help from Tatiana and the rest of the team was super helpful. Thank you. Two suggestions - turn off lights for the arrivals at night. There were MANY (100?) langosta's covering the doors and flying around. We had never seen one before. Secondly- Detail exactly what is included in the preorder groceries. I think since we ordered the breakfast packages we didn't know exactly what that included. We had way too much food (eggs, bananas, coffee, juice) and not enough water or the really good fresh orange juice.)
