Reconnect with your ocean side in Surfer`s Paradise. This oceanfront condo is just steps away from the ocean. Open the door and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. When you are not enjoying your time on the beach you can relax and have the conveinence of cooking a meal for your friends or family in this well stocked kitchen. Lots of nice little touches will make you feel right at home. You will not be able to resist getting your toes in the sand and being able to quickly enjoy the waves! Lots of extra sleeping options, in addition to the Queen in the bedroom, there is a bunk bed with 2 twins in the hallway and a convertible sofa and convertible chair for room to sleep 2-3 more.

Topsail Reef Condominium Complex is made up of 8 oceanfront buildings. One bedroom units overlooking the ocean. Just a short walk away from the Tiki Bar & Store which is located just across the street from Buildings 7 & 8. Quiet more private area of the beach with not much retail close by. Just a short drive to more activities and restaurants. Guest book onsite for more information on area activities, shopping, restaurants, seafood and more.



Easy vehicle access to restaurants and other activities. Park in the complex lot for free and display the parking pass in condo. There are other beach access parking lots available if you want to explore more beach, Onslow County lots are free, North Topsail Beach & Surf City lots are paid parking.

Was not happy with the decision to rent this unit. Unfortunately something happened to the sliding screen door and was not able to rent this unit ( which was what I had my heart set on) due to repair not being able to be done before arrival but host accommodated us by putting us in another unit which was nice of her just not what we wanted. The new unit was nice and clean, great host, beautiful view, very family friendly , but small unit. Should have saved the money and went with another unit.

The unit you stayed in was the exact same size and layout of the one you originally rented, the difference was the one you got to stay in was a point unit which is even closer to the beach and it was first floor so less stairs. Sorry you were disappointed, I let you know as soon as I found out the door could not be opened. A completely unwarranted one star review. You never even communicated during your stay.

Loved being right on the water. The condo was small but had plenty of room with several space saving things. Quick and easy communication with property manager.
