Please leave inside furniture, towels and linens inside. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. Outside furniture should remain outside.

Our experience staying in this house was wonderful from beginning to end. Communication was excellent, the house was clean and accommodated all of our crew, additional towels were provided when requested, and the house was stopped with so many necessities. It is very spacious and open, which was nice since we had children with us. The views around the house are beautiful. There are several sitting areas around the deck to enjoy the view. We ran into some nasty weather our first day, but the owner was kind enough to provide many recommendations for us to keep the kids happy since we could not enjoy the beach. Our experience was a 10 out of 10 and I would recommend this home to any family for a lovely beach vacation!

This property was perfect for my crew! We had 6 people, 2 adults and 4 teenagers. There were 4 beds, one a trundle and plenty of couch space if a guest doesn’t want to share a room. The place was well stocked including beach chairs and family games. The different porches offered multiple views of the marsh. The beach was a very short walk across the street. My teenagers loved being able to rinse off in the outdoor shower before going upstairs. The hosts were highly responsive and even went out of their way to bring a propane tank and ball pump after I asked if they had one on the property. The bed in the master was extremely comfortable! I highly recommend this cozy beach house!
