We are Jim and Ann. We have lived in this house for 10 years, and we are delighted to welcome you to our newly created apartment. We have three children and one grandchild. We are retired and like to travel. Jim loves fishing, in our pond or at the ocean. Ann has a garden and enjoys knitting.

This is an amazing neighborhood with wonderful neighbors and great views of our pond and the distant mountains. We are very close to the beautiful University of Virginia, as well as many historical sites and hiking spots. Convenient nearby shopping, many fine restaurants, and loads of wineries and breweries.
