Villa Eden is located in a quiet and very family oriented neighborhood.
Close to the 101 freeway and stores and restaurants. walking distance to Starbucks. Close to Malibu (20 min), Calabasas (10min), Universal studios (20min), Hollywood (20min).
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an open floor plan living room, kitchen and dining room.
There is an additional small office room in the backyard.
2 car garage and 2 parking spots in the driveway.
Open floor plan with a separate small office room in the back yard. The garage is fully accessible to the guests as well to the pool, however it it not heated so in the winter time it will be cold. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything one would need for cooking. Keurig single serve coffee machine, water kettle, blender and a toaster are few of the appliances we have.
