Amazing crystal beach villa, it is the top level of a two-story unit that has lakeside and Gulf-side views from balconies spanning the front and back of the home. While relaxing in the living room and kitchen, enjoy the view of the lake or catch beautiful gulf views from the front balcony. Beautiful Pool and only a few steps across the street to beach access. With a king bed in the master, a king bed in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this condo sleeps a total of 6 guests.
The space
This is the upstairs unit of a townhouse with 2 bedrooms, both have king beds and 2 bathrooms. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 6 guests. One of the most beautiful beaches in Destin is just a few steps across the street. The community pool is heated from Feb to April and has plenty of room for lounging in the sun. The back deck is on the lake which makes for a beautiful place to relax and have your morning coffee or dinner. This townhouse has a fully stocked kitchen and provides beach chairs, towels, and toys. Shopping and great dining options are all very close by, we really are in the perfect location!!

You will be given a unique door code the day before check via the app and through text message. The entrance door is on the right side of the property and is labeled 16A.
Other things to note
Check-in and out instructions are in the kitchen area of the property. There is an underground tunnel out front that takes you to the sandy beaches with out crossing the street.
