About this property

Beautiful apartment in Chandler, Very Private on Lush Grounds

Welcome to the best condo complex in Chandler where pride of ownership abounds! The grounds give you the feel of a resort and are cleaned and groomed on a weekly basis. The complex is away from busy roads so it is very quiet and safe, yet only a quick 20 minutes from the airport with easy access to major highways. Typical of anywhere in this region there is no shortage of golfing, shopping, cycling, hiking and exploring close by. There is also an abundance of professional sports to enjoy at reasonable prices.

Our condo is a one-level unit on the second floor, 1450 sq feet of comfort - two bedrooms and a den, stocked with all the necessities including in-suite laundry. The spacious deck off the living room is very private (facing the greenbelt) under a canopy of cool green trees. The pool and hot tub are in the center of the complex and require a pass key to enter - a very popular social gathering place for residence and guests! The hot tub is heated year round and the pool is heated November, December, February and March.

The unit is an open concept with living room, dining room and kitchen with bar counter. The two bedrooms are on separate sides of the unit, each with their own bathrooms, offering plenty of privacy. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and there is also a queen size airbed available. The den has a desk with executive task chair, internet and a printer. All the furnishings are new, comfortable, and of very high quality. Other amenities include HD TV in living room with Netflix, a second TV in the master bedroom, an ipod docking station and radio, and clock radios in both bedrooms.

There is no smoking and no pets are allowed in this unit, and we reserve the right to enforce/request a 25 year old age restrictions on all rentals.

Chandler Condo

Can't say enough good things about this property or the owners. Great location. Fully stocked 2nd floor condo in a quiet neighborhood. I tend to eat in when I travel for business & this property was like a home away from home for me. Even has a working office with a printer. Owners were very attentive and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this property for your future stay in Chandler!

This was our first experience using VRBO. We would definitely choose this property again when coming to the Chandler area. Fred and Sally made us feel right at home. They were very clear about expectations and communicated everything we needed to know. They were extremely responsive when we had questions. The property was well equipped and provided a spacious and comfortable place for us during our two week stay.

Amazing!

My family and I had a great time at Fred and Sally's place. Check-in was smooth and communicating with them was easy and fast during our stay. The apartment is spacious, super clean, well-decorated, and has everything you may need. We had a small inconvenience during our stay, but the owners did not cause it and could not predict it. Anyways, it was very easy to resolve the issue with them, who are very reasonable and kind people. I highly recommend this place, it's amazing!

Perfect Stay

The property was wonderful and Fred and Sally made the rental and check in process flawless. They were wonderful and made the condo feel warm and welcoming. So comfortable and homey!

Fred’s place was exactly what we needed! Very clean and super comfortable. Felt like a second home instead of a rental property. Very thoughtful with the amenities, found everything we needed and things we didn’t even think of! Stayed a month with my husband and had family and friends drop in. Everyone commented on how comfortable and roomy it was. Fred is super communicative and responsive. We definitely will come back.

Home away from home

We were in Arizona for a family birth so most of the time was spent at their house. We did however find the home very equipped and homey. The selections of accommodations and options were good. Our hopes is to be able to use another time in the future

Like Being at Home

Very clean, spacious well laid out condo with a private office that we used a lot. The pool and hot tub are a very short walk away. The kitchen spices helped with the meals, as well as the many clothes hooks in the bathrooms and closets. A joy to stay in. Definitely deserves 5 stars.

Wonderful condo.

This condo had everything you could want. Location was close to every major highway. Beds were comfortable and the condo was spotless. A big plus was both bedrooms having a tv (with a great selection of channels). Will definitely be coming back to stay here.

Quiet and Comfortable

The condo was exactly as advertised. It is centrally located in Chandler, a great Arizona city. Fred and Sally have decorated it in such a way that it makes it easy to immediately feel at home. It has everything you need and more. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is it.

We love the resort feeling and the beautiful landscaping! Resort is clean and quiet and our unit is very private. Location is great, just 20 minutes to the airport and easy access to all major freeways and highways.
