Enjoy the perfect combination of indoor/ outdoor living with this beautiful house is the perfect retreat but walking distance to downtown.

With massive deck space, gardens and a hot tub with a view... You won't need to leave the property to experience the best of Marin county. High speed wifi, central heating. Plenty of on site parking which can be hard to find in Fairfax.

The house has a large open kitchen and living room on the second floor, with lots of places to lounge. 2 full bathrooms, as well as an outdoor shower and hot tub. 2 big screen TV's and lots of places to hang out outside. Old fashioned fireplace if you want to get cozy and a gas grill for outdoor cooking.

Downtown restaurant scene is a two minute drive or a short walk, Peri Park, which is great for kids, is even closer. Easy access to Mount Tam state park with walks in the Redwoods and some of the finest trails in the world.

It was a very spacious property. Both inside and out. The common rooms were large, full of natural light and comfortable. The kitchen was large and well stocked. It is very close to downtown restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful time.

It was a treat to cook in this gourmet kitchen and to enjoy a different bathing experience every night. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could hope for, added bonus was the prolific plum tree out back! The jacuzzi hot tub, outside tub and outside shower were lovely - so cool to bathe/relax under the stars in the fresh air. Even has an indoor hot tub if outside is not your thing. Great experience, would definitely recommend.

What an amazing property. The morning light coming in over the hills was just magical. The house has lots of open space so even though it was only a 2 bedroom we had plenty of room. We enjoyed a night cap and morning coffee from the hot tub overlooking the valley.

Fairfax Tree House

Wonderful views and large open floor plan. Nice space. Maybe add map for light switches and wireless was problematic. We enjoyed our stay and spent time with our grandkids and family. Great access to all that is Fairfax and Marin County.

Lovely home in Fairfax

Beautiful home in the hills. Great view. Very green this time of year! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found everything we needed at this home. The upstairs living area is bright and cozy. Nice kitchen and eating area. We even had a raccoon peeking at us through the window. Miles promptly responded to any questions we had. Hope to stay here again soon.

Awesome stay

This house is a gem! The living room and family room were huge. The kitchen was overstocked with a very nice coffee bar. We found the interior decoration to be calming - lots of unique touches yet uncluttered. Nature surrounds the house so you have privacy and also lots of sweet, sunny deck spots to relax. Tons of fun paths all over the property to explore. We loved viewing the Fairfax lights and the stars from the hot tub. We can’t wait to stay here next time!
