Downtown Muncie! Over 2500 square feet. 5 minute drive to Ball State University! Arcade Room! Walking distance to Muncie Civic Theatre and Canan Commons. Sleeps up to 6-7 adults and one child. 4 bedrooms, 4 beds upstairs. Large table that seats 6 in living room. Large deck out back. Two updated full baths. New stainless steel appliances. Many original features left intact on this home. New water heater/furnace. Original hardwood floors on main level. Create fun memories with friends & family!
The space
This beautiful Dutch Colonial home has 11 foot ceilings in the living and dining room. The arcade room is to the left when you walk in. Four bedrooms are upstairs. There are two televisions total. One on main level. One in primary bedroom

This is an older home with original features like hardwood floors built in shelving. This is not a new construction home. Just sharing for accuracy.
