Best mini-vacation ever!

This condo was perfect for our group of 16. Plenty of kitchen supplies and in the perfect location. Loved having 2 coffee pots and refrigerators. Mom uses a wheelchair and was able to get to the pool and hot tub. Plan on making this an annual tradition.

Large Spring Break Group

The condo was great with plenty of room for our group of 18. The living room and kitchen were large enough for us all to hang out and enjoy meals and snacks. We all had plenty of room to sleep. The only disappointment that I have is that the pool was broken the whole week that we were there.

Glad you had a good time, so sorry about the pool, but I was not aware that it had happened until you had let me know. Unfortunately, I don't have any control of things like that. Hope to see you back again in the future.

Golf vacation

It's your basic beach rental. Decent enough for a bunch of guys needing a place to hang out after a round of golf for beers and to watch sports and rest......but it could use some updating. The property manager was fantastic in responding to my request and keeping me up to date on status and answering questions about the property.

Spacious and excellent for a family vacation.

We enjoyed the space and the openness of the condo, plenty of room to cook and eat. My wife and I vacationed with 5 of our children and 9 of our grandchildren, along with a sister. A wonderful place to relax after an outing visiting local attractions. Having a TV in every room, gaming system and WiFi was a plus for the younger ones. We enjoyed walking on the beach and the children enjoyed the swimming pool. Oh the jetted bathtub, very relaxing. We look forward to returning again. The owners are very nice and did what they could to make our planning and stay pleasant.

Sweet Memories

Overall we had a wonderful stay! We made a lot of memories. The walk to the beach was short and easy, especially with children. Access to the room was convenient. The space was great, with plenty of room for everyone. The owner was extremely communicative and fixed any issues we had (such as the dryer not working properly). Would have liked to have had the room a little cleaner with the baseboards and bed frames not so dusty, as well as inside the cabinets. Everything else appeared nice and clean. I would stay here again if we need a place this size in the future.

The unit was spacious but we are a little spoiled with the wonderful homes in Florida. It should definitely be updated, the furniture, fridge that don't work properly, glass shower door missing, jacuzzi tub doesn't work, and an old smell when you first enter. The check in was easy and convenient, host replied in a timely manner, beach view a little disappointing, had to look through a parking garage. We were only there for 3 days so it was ok, if we were there longer I would have been a little more disappointed.

We were so thankful to find this unit available as other reservation was canceled on us with only three months to find something similar. We have stayed at this unit before several years ago. The unit is perfect for us; eight adults and six under 6. We love the location, enjoyed the pool/hot tub, and when trash seemed full someone made it compact so there was plenty of room at move-out. However, we found the unit lacking in cleanliness compared to previous stays in the building. (my husbands golf trip stayed on fourth floor in April/May) This unit has mold on ceiling in pantry closet and ceiling is falling around every vent, and must be swept continuously. The shower door is missing in one of the masters and replacement curtain is moldy. We didn't find it for most of our stays but there was a partially filled bucket of dirty water/wet mop (under some grocery bags we unloaded at arrival) that definitely caused an overall odor in unit. The front porch (at sliders) is in dire need of a power wash, also with spills on siding. Some of this could be a one-time hit n miss clean; others need to be addressed as long term issues.

Thank you so much for letting me know of the issues in the unit. We have our maintenance person and housekeeping addressing and correcting the items. We also have a unit on the 4th floor. Does your husband rent from us with his golf group? We do have several groups that come during the spring for golf outing. Please visit us again . Thank you Renata

Wonderful Location—Perfect Beach Condo for Families!

Great location for our group of 11, ranging from 9-83 years old! Large, beautifully decorated, a fully-stocked kitchen with plenty of pots/pans/dinnerware, comfortable living room furniture, two oversized dining room tables (big enough to accommodate all of us!), tvs with cable in all the bedrooms, and the bonus of some beach chairs! Comfortable beds, cute decor, and the proximity to the beach make this an ideal location for your trip to Cherry Grove! It was so helpful to receive a list of the rules and expectations 3 days before we even arrived…there were no questions about what we needed to do as guests. And the property manager was extremely responsive to all of our questions! The unit needs a little updating of paint & some minor fixing, but that’s to be expected with a high traffic unit during the summer months. We would definitely stay there again!

Evaluation

A beach property with beach furnishings. A code was given to another individual to obtain some parking passes in the unit without prior notification. We had already checked in and our belongings were already in the unit so it was a bit uncomfortable seeing someone else in our unit without any prior notification. We are a group of retired law enforcement officers so it was a bit tense for a few moments.

Nice Family Time

Although I put just four stars for cleanliness, it was really because the state of repair of inside the premises. We found that the air conditioning vents in the ceiling dripped condensation and were needing repair around the vents. The, light in one of the refrigerators was burned out. The water pressure was good but the showerheads were awful in terms of providing adequate strength for bathing. We really didn’t feel like the kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils…frying pans need replacing, no measuring cups, no wine glasses. Kitchen Cabinet surfaces need repairing. The online description stated it was recently updated…not sure about that. We appreciated our time there and would return. We forgot to turn the dishwasher on when we left….sorry 😀.

Met expectations for price. Needs plumbing improvements

Several showers need the handles tightened (falling off) and water pressure improved (shower heads or water pressure). Not overly priced but needs some simple maintenance attention.
