This freshly redecorated studio condo is the perfect cozy getaway for two in the heart of Panama City Beach! Featuring a comfortable king bed with soft bedding, a large bathroom, and a small dining area. This unit is designed for relaxation and convenience. The kitchenette includes and apartment size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, plates and silverware, everything you need for simple meals or snacks. While the unit does not offer a gulf view, you'll be just steps from the sand and close to Pier Park, restaurants, and endless local activities. The property itself offers fantastic amenities including a pool, hot tub, tiki hut, charcoal grills plus a coin-operated guest laundry facility on site. Please note there is no elevator and no daily maid service (starter set of lines and towels is provided. Best of all, this condo is pet-friendly for up to two pets (50 lbs each), and with a designated dog beach only 1/4 mile away, your furry friends can enjoy the vacation too. Fresh, comfortable and ideally located - this studio is perfect for a relaxing beach escape!
