Walking Distance to anything you could want in this beach town. The rooftop of this building is what keeps it Rented all of the time. Plus you are less than a city block from the boardwalk. There aren't too many properties with a rooftop like this in the heart of all the action. We've never had anybody who has rented here not come back. This will be your new home away from home!

Wonderful condo just steps from the beach, with easy beach access! The storage closet in the garage with beach chairs and supplies was a nice bonus. Well equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room/common area. The bedrooms are set back from the living space so they are very quiet! It’s wonderful bedding and towels are provided too! We had a great stay and would definitely book again!

Awesome location

Very clean and exactly as described. We loved the location and especially the roof top deck. The views of the ocean and boardwalk from the two decks were beautiful. The host was quick to answer all our questions and the unit was stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

The condo has a beautiful with updated decor. There was plenty of room for all of us. The garage space is such a bonus! The location could not be more convenient.

Beach block of North Wildwood

Beautiful condo that looks brand new. Large rooms and kitchen all while being a 5 minute walk to the beach. From the balcony and rooftop you can see the ocean and boardwalk... it's an awesome Wildwood stay. Thank you for having us!

The unit was dirty when we arrived. Wet sheets in the washer, filthy mirrors and storm door. Evidence of spills all over the walls, dirty rug/mat in the kitchen. The porch furniture on the balcony and the rooftop deck was all broken and completely unusable. We spent an entire week not being able to sit outside. All of the beach items in the garage were covered in sand.

We’re sorry that you felt your stay did not meet your expectations. We do want to clarify the circumstances for future guests, however. As soon as you brought your concerns to our attention, we offered to provide a full refund of your stay so that you could make other accommodations at no cost to you. You declined that option and chose to remain at the property. We then provided a 50% refund and also offered to send our cleaning team back to address any areas that you felt needed additional attention. We made every reasonable effort to resolve your concerns during your stay, including offering you the option to leave with a full refund. We were disappointed to see this review after making those accommodations and providing a substantial refund. We take our properties and our guests’ experiences very seriously. Our history of guest reviews reflects the standards we strive to maintain, and we will continue to do everything we can to provide every guest with a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.
