Welcome to your home away from home in Rochester, NY! This charming 3-bedroom, 1-bath home has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The spacious kitchen is perfect for cooking family meals, and the comfortable living areas provide plenty of space to relax and unwind. Let your furry friends roam free in the large backyard, or take a stroll through the quiet neighborhood.
This home is conveniently located near all of the places and people you want to visit in Rochester. Whether you`re here for a family vacation, business trip, or just in need of a peaceful retreat, this is the perfect place to stay.
NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $200 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.
Pets are welcome w/ prior approval; I kindly ask that they please stay off of the furniture.
Please note my pet fee is $25/night/pet and will be requested about a week before your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.
