Bring the whole family or make it a girl's trip! Adjoining units offer 3 total beds. King in one unit, 2 full beds in the other. Both units have kitchenettes, large smart tvs, free WiFi, cable, updated bathrooms and views of the beach! Resort has a pool, kiddie pool, tiki bar, fitness center, coin laundry and free covered parking. Direct oceanfront & less than 2 miles from Oceanwalk and Main Street.
Enjoy the views from floor to ceiling south facing windows.
Kitchen is stocked w/all cooking items
Guests have access to the large beachfront pool, kiddie wading pool, fitness center, tiki bar with world class burgers and drink specials, private parking lot with covered parking. Resort charges a $10/day resort fee, collected at front desk upon arrival

The rooms were nice, the actual property was just ok. Hallways smelled moldy. We were charged 150 cleaning fee but had to take out any trash and also wash, dry and put away any dishes or we would be charged a fee. I have stayed in plenty places and never had to do that. The AC in the main unit was very loud and not very cold. To me wasn’t worth the price we paid.

When you messaged me before departure about the checkout instructions I explained that we are charged $90 per unit for cleaning (you stayed in a double unit). Most VRBO hosts have the same departure instructions. We are not like hotels. Because we do have kitchenettes for people to cook unlike a hotel. Therefore, we do ask that guests wash any dishes that they did use. And I don't think requesting trash to be bagged and taken to a trash can is asking too much. We want our cleaners to focus on actually cleaning the unit. Wiping surfaces scrubbing the bathroom and handling the laundry rather than spending a long time gathering trash and doing dishes. We have multiple units that they need to get through. And time constraints. We apologize if you found this offensive in any way, but it is most hosts policies. I will have maintenance double check that AC. I know you did stay during an extremely hot period so it may have just been a struggling to keep up.
