We loved our stay here! Location was awesome! Close to all the shops and fun! Bed was extremely comfortable after walking all day! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!
Place is clean and well maintained with adequate facilities and is conveniently placed to the all the action of the quarter. Occasionally a little noisy at night but that is to be expected given the area. Excellent rental!
This was a great place to stay right in the middle of the French Quarter. Walking distance from most, if not all, the attractions and restaurants in the area. Highly recommend staying here. The only issue is that the building where the room is located reeks of cigarette smoke. Probably from the other tenants. But the room itself was really clean and comfortable. Highly recommend from anyone looking to spend a weekend in the French Quarter.
Location was amazing, but this place most comfortably fits 2 people. Pull out couch was sagging in the middle and not the most effective for an adult. Does the trick for a great Mardi Gras experience!
The property has a great location, but know that parking is only avaliable on the street or in a parking garage down the way. Close to everything like Bourbon St, etc but just out of the way for a good nights sleep, which is good because it gets pretty loud on the wknd.on the main party streets. Everything was clean & tidy, however if you're a tall person the shower may not work for you as the bathroom ceiling is at an angle and you can only stand in so far. Hard to explain, but there are pictures on here of it that the owner has shared so be sure to check it out.
This apartment was perfect for our stay in NOLA. It’s a one bedroom loft with a spiral staircase to the loft. Located about two blocks from Bourbon Street. A little loud at time at night on Saturday but to be expected given where it is located. Did not bother us. We were able to walk everywhere from the apartment. Would definitely stay again.
This little spot is the perfect location for a few days of fun in the heart of New Orleans. We enjoyed parades just down the street daily around 6p. We loved breakfast at The Red Slipper nearby. And loved being in the middle between Bourbon Street and Frenchman street. As reviews mention, it is noisy outside but that’s because it’s a great location. Bed was comfortable. Hot water and water pressure were both good in the small shower. We picked up a few snacks and drinks from the Everything Shoppe and the fridge worked great. We would stay here again. It’s a cute, enjoyable little place!

Good Until it Wasn’t
The window pane was broken. I was in contact with the host and even sent pics. Maintenance didn’t fix it until the following day. The hugest cockroach I’ve ever seen came in through that window pane. After asking for some good gesture considering the experience of the cockroach and broken window pane, I was ignored and never received a response back from the host.
Came to celebrate my birthday with a few friends and the place was the perfect size for the 3 of us and in a great location close to everything. Had a great time
The French quarter is a beautiful area full of history and fun! This location is right in the heart of the FQ and just blocks from some of the busiest areas with tons of shopping, restaurants and other entertainment. I would recommend this location to any single or couple looking to have a great time in New Orleans

So the host was fine, this place cute but honestly not for everyone. If you are the following, seek other accomodations;
6 ft or taller
Have bad knees (lots of steps)
2 guest over 200lbs (full size bed)
Lite sleeper
Overall we had a nice stay but, I say this as a were here for Superbowl weekend and this entire area was out of control. So if you're young and drink a lot this is the place for you cause your right in the thick of it all.
Location was within walking distance of everything. Loved everything about it. Property manager kept extremely close contact for any questions or concerns. A must if you’re doing anything in the French quarter.
Host was awesome and responded and accommodated the needs timely. Checkin process was easy, location was easy to spot. The loft is converted so little cramped for tall people and windows were not the best so keeping the place cool in 105 degrees weather was bit challenging(maybe some blackput curtains will help). Overall provided all the needs, amenities and access.
Nice room! Clean and cute decor. Perfect location and an amazing restaurant directly across the street. Steep but not many stairs to get in side and to get to the loft. No issue for us but something to keep in mind. Also very loud at night due to all the partying outside but obviously due to the location. It was perfect for us and we will hopefully book it again next time
This location is perfect for people watching in the French Quarter. We loved the place. Very clean. Only downfall, it does not sleep 4. My husband and I traveled with our daughter and son in law. The futon/pull out is very small, maybe twin or smaller, but the frame is broken and it’s unsleepable. We made do for 2 nights with a pallet on the floor.
We loved the location and loft, but just be aware, sleeping 4 adults is not accurate. We would have brought an air mattress if we had known and it would have been perfect. I would book it again in a heartbeat and bring an air mattress!

New Orleans trip to Bienville Street
First, owner slow to give door codes. Second, I booked a two bedroom accommodation that ended up being one bed and a futon that was completely unsleepable due to faulty framework so I had to put futon mattress on the floor to be halfway comfortable. Fans and lights not completely functional. And there was no additional bedding for the futon at all. owner says he would refund 3 hundred dollars for the miss representation of the two bedrooms but I haven't seen a refund yet. over all this guy needs to get his head on straight.

Location and check in was fantastic. Unit manager was available when needed.
Description of room had bath and half, it was only a one. The unit only sleeps three people. The couch is not big enough for an adult to sleep on. Stairs getting to the room were very difficult to navigate handrails were inadequate. Definitely not for those who have difficulty walking.
The tub was difficult navigating getting out of. There was a screw in the ceiling in the shower that would catch our hair. The threshold had little nails that would catch our socks every time going in and out.
Lack of supplies in the kitchen. Would had been nice to have had ice trays, dish towels, water glasses, wine glasses and a cutting board. But, but all in all, I would stay again.
This is the perfect location for proximity to all of the nightlife of the French Quarter. We walked to the music festival, restaurants, and Bourbon Street easily. The trolley is a short walk and Uber to the Convention Center was not much. Keep in mind that New Orleans never sleeps, so there is always traffic and noise 24/7. If we had been there to party, this location would have been great. I was there for a conference however, so the noise was huge a problem for us being able to sleep at all.
The owner was very responsive and the place worked for what we needed. It is decorated cute and the bed was amazingly comfortable! I would recommend to anyone looking for the perfect location to everything French Quarter!
