Beautiful newly built home in 2023 and located in a quiet neighborhood in the 95212 zip code. Located near some of the best shopping and restaurants in Stockton. There is a sushi bar, Starbucks , Panda Express, Raley's, and a Mexican restaurant 5 minutes away. There is also a Costco and Wal Mart which is located 10 minutes away. We are also 10 minutes away from some of the finest Lodi Wineries and Restaurants. It is also conveniently located to Interstate 99 for easy access to the major freeway in case you are here for a business trip. If you would like any further details to the local entertainment, restaurants, shops, or wineries, please feel free to message me.
