Farmhouse w/hottub room close to slopes & shores!

Welcoming farmhouse on a wide-open countryside setting with beautiful views. The perfect spot for a family summer getaway and its just as beautiful covered in snow, great for a cozy ski weekend. The entire home received a fresh coat of paint inside and out and we have updated most of the home with new appliances, fixtures, flooring and ceiling & countertop treatments. A fully fenced in private backyard with flowers and an herb garden, a patio set that seats 6 for dining that’s nestled under the recently built upper deck which offers great shade, a firepit with seating and a hot tub that’s perfect for two. The large upper deck is accessed through the upstairs bedroom, during the summer months it has sun lounging chairs side tables and more seating. We have three cozy bedrooms with all the blankets & pillows you could ever want. There are bathrooms just outside each bedroom door. There two full baths with shower/tub combination; both bathrooms are well stocked with hair dryers, curlers, towels, lotions & potions!

***Our living room has a window a/c unit only during the warm months (June through August).

There is also a couch in the living room that seats three which also doubles as a pull out bed (full size) and three chairs with ottomans. There’s a 42” TV with a Roku device, dvd/vhs player, plethora of dvds and vhs’s, a SEGA game console for two with a few games and a one player console with “vintage” games.
***Please take note the WiFi slows down to a halt if there are more than a few devices connected to it at once, we have other TV options like video games and dvds to compensate when many are connected to the Wifi.***
In the living room in the under stairwell closet is the “comic book nook” great for your kiddo or your child at heart with extra cush seating comic books a plenty, my childhood Gameboy with games, board games and fun lighting! A fully appointed kitchen with all new stainless/black appliances, we also keep some of the basics to get you by like flour, oils, spices, coffee & tea and varying breakfast supplies such as cereal and juice.
There's also everything from a flat top griddle for pancakes, blenders, baking supplies and a Keurig. There's a vintage stereo console in the kitchen set up with an AUX cord to listen to music with your phone. There is bar seating with three stools and an extra in the entryway closet and a cute breakfast nook to soak up that morning sun with a cup of coffee.

***All bookings that are over 7 days our housekeeper will come by once a week to clean the hot tub, do a quick clean and change out the bedding & towels. The quick cleans are complimentary and scheduled during our booking conversation. You can request a more thorough cleaning for an extra charge.

~All bedrooms and the living room have a Tv with a roku device and a fan stored in the closet along with extra bedding & pillows~
~The main floor bedroom has a king size memory foam mattress.
~The living room has a full size spring sofa bed.
~The upstairs master bedroom has a king size Purple brand memory foam mattress and an extra down filled mattress topper kept in the chest at the foot of the bed.

~The upstairs bedroom with the walk out patio has two queen sized memory foam mattresses. ***There is also a chain lock at the very top of the slider door for child safety***
~And one queen sized electric inflatable mattress kept in the upstairs walk-in closet.

Located just 10 miles away from Schuss Mountain for great skiing, boarding & snow tubing! This is located in Bellaire where there are several shops & places to stop and eat after a long day on the slopes.
We're five minutes away from several beautiful hiking locations such as Seven Bridges nature area, Coy mountain natural area and Grass river Natural area. Also just minutes away from the farmhouse are some great places to eat such as the Bluewater Bistro & Pizzeria and the Torch Lake Beer Co.
