Very clean condo and secure building. Beautiful balcony views of the ocean. Hector is very responsive. There are a few quirks such as extension cords taped on the floor to connect TV and router to outlets and no outlet in bathroom for my wife to blow dry her hair, but not end of the world stuff. We would stay here again.

Beautiful condo that is well centralized to restaurants, stores, beach and bars. The building overall is well secured if you are traveling alone. The condo was very clean and both AC units work well. You will love waking up every morning with an ocean view. I highly recommend this condo for your stay in PR.

Great location with everything we needed

We will be back! This was our 2nd trip to Puerto Rico and regardless of warnings of rain each day - the sun was out and we enjoyed being steps from the beach. The apartment is great, and the balcony made it even better! Looking forward to returning, and recommend this as a great place to stay for a couple.

The condo was great! Location was amazing. Hector was quick to respond. The only thing I didn’t like was there are no window treatments on the patio door or in the bedroom. So it’s never truly dark while sleeping. Especially if you plan on sleeping in past sunrise.
