Venture out a little farther to discover several other attractions including Battleship North Carolina, Airlie Gardens, the Country Club of Landfall, and Johnnie Mercers Fishing Pier, all within 10 miles of your door.

Inside, this home boasts several original features including a clawfoot tub, three decorative fireplaces, 10-foot ceilings, and gorgeous hardwood floors. Prepare your favorite dishes in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gather for meals beneath the elegant chandelier in the formal dining room, and then settle into the main living area to watch TV into the evening. This home also includes a home office with a desk and chair if you need to set up your laptop for remote work or schooling.

Great Location

This properties pictures make it to be much more vibrant and lighter than it really is. The house itself is fairly dark and not very well lit but it is a nice place otherwise. It would be difficult for multiple people to cook in the kitchen should you want to rent this property with the expectation to cook larger meals for more than 2 people. The beds are extremely comfortable and the outdoor area, while shared, is very nice. The patio available specifically for the renters on the second floor of this property is great for games or reading with a cocktail. The location is excellent!. 10-15 min walk to the main strip and a bunch of bars, restaurants and breweries. Check in process was easy and I would come back for another stay. Great for 2 couples who don't mind sharing a bathroom. The drive to the beach isnt the closest but is manageable. If you were hoping for easy beach access get something closer to Wrightsville or Carolina beach.

Great place!

We stayed for a short weekend getaway and it was the perfect place with perfect accommodations. The location was walkable to the riverfront district of Wilmington which is exactly what we wanted. Everyone enjoyed our trip and thought this duplex was exactly what a small group would need for a weekend in Wilmington.

Great house & Great location

The house was very clean and has obviously been updated. The backyard is fenced in and so adorable. We were close enough to walk around downtown and there were several places just down the street that were fun to get coffee and lunch and a tattoo while we stayed. And we brought our dog so he went everywhere with us. Thank you!!
