Why they chose this property
Conveniently located between Boone and Blowing Rock, and accessible to the Blue Ridge Parkway. You can get anywhere in the High Country very quickly. At 4,000 feet up, this property provides relief from the summer heat, and just the right amount of snow during ski season. A cozy cottage that takes all your stress away the moment you walk into it!
What makes this property unique
The views at this house are spectacular. Every night is a different sunset as you look west at Grandfather Mountain. We have 2 firepits, one for you to build a wood burning fire, or a propane firepit, for you to enjoy the evenings. If you are an early riser, sit on the front porch in rocking chair and watch an incredible sunrise looking towards Virginia.
