This newly updated first floor unit is just steps from the beach. It features a king size master bedroom suite with a tiled walk-in shower. The charming guest bedroom has twin beds with an adjoining full bathroom. Cable TV with smart flat screens are in the living room and bedrooms. High speed wifi service is included. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully stocked with new appliances and an ice maker. A new full size washer and dryer is in the laundry room. This unit has everything you dream of to make your Florida beach vacation a reality.
You are steps away from private access to the famous St. Augustine Beach with a ramp for easy access. Enjoy the tropical courtyard hot tubs, 2 pools (one is heated during the cooler months), and tennis courts. In addition, the property has a housed in gate house with a 24 hour Community Service Officer.
The property is also minutes from groceries, restaurants and shopping. We are 6 miles from historic old town St. Augustine. You can even take a golf cart shuttle over to Salt Life Restaurant right across from St. John's Ocean Pier where you can take in a concert or sunset from the pier. There is also a Trolley stop nearby that will take you to all the points of interest in The Old City just a few miles away!
Please note: ***As of April 1, 2025*** The parking fee has changed to $25.00 for the duration of your stay.
