House is beautiful and clean. The road leading back is gravel so your vehicle and boat will get dusty or dirty. Very quiet and comfortable place to stay.

If you're looking for a nice quiet spot to relax, grill, and fish this is it. It is also located near some awesome fossil hunting sites. The house itself is clean and modern. I appreciated the extra fishing poles and crab traps on the property.

We had an Amazing stay at The Cozy River View House. Monica the Host was very responsive and communication was great before, during and after our trip which made things so much easier for us with our stay. The pictures do not do this place justice and the setting was absolutely perfect! Plenty of things to enjoy while at the house, with a lot of amenities present. The porch or dock for sunrise morning coffee and or the kitchen window was so peaceful. A nice covered fire ring for a fire, beach volleyball, slide off the dock for swimming and the blackstone grill for grilling our favorite foods. We truly enjoyed our stay with plenty of room in the house for everyone to spread out and not be on top of each other as we had a group of 7 of us and sometimes didn’t realize a few were present. Thank you Monica and we will definitely be looking to book with you in the future when we are back in the area.

Property was exactly what we were looking for on our weekend getaway. The views and house were gorgeous. The location was private quiet and secluded and was a great time to disconnect from technology and reconnect with nature. The pier was excellent for fishing and the beach was fun for exploring and finding shells. The house was spacious and the beds were so comfortable to sleep in! Coffee on the patio was a great way to start the morning. The house was close to Mallows Bay to explore sunken ships by kayak and dinner at Port Tobacco.
