The house was great! Plenty of space and very clean. Would definitely stay again! Property manager was great and very responsive with all questions we had.

Perfect for a girls trip

We were a group of eight friends, making a trip to the silos, spice Village, and Ninfa’s Mexican Café! The house was beautiful and just right for our group. Absolutely no complaints or problems. We would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful Weekend @ Waco Bear Den

Perfect house to meet our friends for a weekend in Waco. Clean, nicely furnished, spacious, and very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed to prepare snacks and dinners. Hot tub was perfect way to end the day after enjoying the day around Waco.

Clean, spacious & close to Magnolia

We came to visit Magnolia with other family. We loved having so many bedrooms & baths. The rental company was very responsive. Only negative is the busy traffic behind the home. Bring earplugs & white noise. Beds are comfortable… we slept really well! We had a Wonderful time in Waco!!

Good time and lots of space

Older home that backs up to a very busy, noisy street. You’ll need earplugs or a loud sound machines. I was thankful for the garage. Home was well appointed and hot tub was clean.

All the comforts of home

This property was beautifully maintained and well equipped with all of the comforts of home. The property was as described and for our large family perfectly. There was plenty of space in the living areas for visiting and games. The bedrooms are spacious and had all that we needed. The area is surrounded by one-way streets and that was challenging to navigate without knowing the area, but nothing our gps couldn’t handle. We did have a small plumbing issue which the owner was very responsive to and had a plumber out in a very short amount of time. I would definitely recommend this property!!!
