This beach front condo is a ground level unit with a king size bed. A queen sized sofa pull out bed, full kitchen, full bathroom, heated pool, hot tub and beach access just steps away from your private patio. Within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shopping and live entertainment in Daytona! Also Daytona speedway and convention center are a quick drive away. * There is some construction still going on it is not near this condo unit. Mostly painting. Please excuse the an inconvenience this may cause*

Please place used towels and bed linens in the shower. Make sure both building keys and back door keys are in the unit before leaving. These are expensive it is a $200 fee if they are not returned.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Keep doors locked when not in condo
Do not leave windows or doors open. This is HOA rule. It makes the AC work to hard
Keep shower curtain inside the curb. Helps keep the floor from getting wet.

Daytona 500 week

This condo is truly perfect bottom floor, oceanfront, close to great restaurants, nightlife, mini golf, grocery, etc. very comfortable we had everything we needed. The staff was excellent very clean. Truly a great place to stay Elizabeth the owner was terrific about responding to emails and text if needed.

Liz was a wonderful, responsive host! Condo was just as described/expected. Shower had amazing water pressure, fridge/freezer was larger than expected, and kitchen appliances worked well. Would 100% stay here again!

There is so much to do in Daytona Beach! With bike week, biketober, jeep week, truck week, the Daytona 500, and all the other races that go on. There are so many stores and restaurants, bars, shops to explore I do not know how anyone could ever be bored in Daytona Beach!

What makes this property unique

We have the biggest pool in Daytona beach and it is heated year round! I love that my unit is on the ground floor with easy access to the beach, pool, and parking lot.
