Perfect location

We stayed in the villa for a family event. It was a great location and the villa is very comfortable. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool. The property manager was friendly and made communication and check-in very easy.

Was hard to take a shower bc didn’t work in one bathroom and the master bedroom one was 2 different temps from 2 different shower heads. Sink drain was backing up as well. Also, dish washer was so dirty, could not use cleaned dishes bc of the dishwasher condition.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to provide some context for future guests, as none of these concerns were reported to us during the stay, so unfortunately, we didn’t have the opportunity to assist at the time. Both showers are functioning; in the shared bathroom, the shower is activated by lifting the small lever that sits flush with the faucet. We also haven’t found any issues with the sink draining since the stay. Regarding the dishwasher, what may appear to be residue is mineral buildup from the property’s well water rather than a cleanliness issue. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can help troubleshoot or address any concerns right away. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve the guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Picture Perfect

We came down from Minneapolis for spring break and it was so worth it. The place was beautiful, the property equally so. Our kids played in the pool the whole time which was great. 10/10 would visit again. If you’ve never been to Lake Travis this is your sign to book your trip. It’s beautiful. We loved it.
