Originally from Boston but have been in downtown Orlando as long as I was in Boston but still not a native Floridian. But downtown and it’s historic neighborhood is the closet I could find to Boston my forest love.
A developer builder since college and working in downtown Orlando designing and building historic creations for 25 years.

Why they chose this property

Tree lined brick streets and historic houses
Just walk your legs off. So much fun

What makes this property unique

It’s a 1921 Historic Dutch Colonial that was owned by the same people for a 100 years that I have restored to keep it as original as possible.
