You will stroll right behind Crosby Mansion on the way to a gorgeous Cape Cod Bay beach. At the top of Crosby Lane there is a crosswalk on Route 6A to get you to Nickerson State Park and the Cape Cod Rail Trail (bike trail.)

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 A/C units, indoor porch area, outdoor table and chairs on the gravel patio area, gas and charcoal grills, outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold water, washer/dryer, cable TV, WiFi, dishwasher, cooking/serving utensils and more.
