This recently updated townhome is located in a small neighborhood on a dead end street. Enjoy the off street parking and the back yard full length deck complete with gas fire pit and gas grill after a beautiful day enjoying Saratoga Lake, Downtown Saratoga’s world class shopping and dining plus the Farmers’ Market, SPAC, Avenue of the Pines, Raceway winning and don't forget the plentiful choices of Museum touring. Our location is an easy drive to all the delightful spots our area has to offer. Don't forget the Winter Sports available on scenic West Mountain and Gore Mountain. We have trails galore for Fall "leaf peeping" and Winter snowshoeing and cross country skiing. You have to visit the historic Saratoga Battlefield located in Schuylerville! Minutes away. While you are there, if you love ice cream, please visit King Brothers Dairy! Choose to stay inside? Enjoy the first floor living space amenities complete with large screen TV, gas burning fireplace, dining area that comfortably seats 12 and spacious kitchen and wet bar for yummy food and drink prep! The neighborhood is quiet and respectful. The location is not off the beaten path yet it feels like it. Both worlds: The grocery store is minutes away and so is the lake and the walking trails and downtown Saratoga. So much to offer.
