This recently updated townhome is located in a small neighborhood on a dead end street. Enjoy the off street parking and the back yard full length deck complete with gas fire pit and gas grill after a beautiful day enjoying Saratoga Lake, Downtown Saratoga’s world class shopping and dining plus the Farmers’ Market, SPAC, Avenue of the Pines, Raceway winning and don't forget the plentiful choices of Museum touring. Our location is an easy drive to all the delightful spots our area has to offer. Don't forget the Winter Sports available on scenic West Mountain and Gore Mountain. We have trails galore for Fall "leaf peeping" and Winter snowshoeing and cross country skiing. You have to visit the historic Saratoga Battlefield located in Schuylerville! Minutes away. While you are there, if you love ice cream, please visit King Brothers Dairy! Choose to stay inside? Enjoy the first floor living space amenities complete with large screen TV, gas burning fireplace, dining area that comfortably seats 12 and spacious kitchen and wet bar for yummy food and drink prep! Relax and chill if you choose, as each bedroom is its own ensuite with full bathroom and smart TV. The downstairs ensuite is equipped with coffee bar, fridge and microwave. The seating area in the upstairs loft is conveniently equipped with fridge and microwave. Relax and enjoy your stay!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
To prevent odors, Please empty the trash from all rooms to the garage bins as frequently as possible. Thank you.
Please use coasters and/or placemats on all wood surfaces to prevent furniture damage. Thank you.
Please be considerate and treat any spills/stains to prevent permanent damage. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
on the 8th days of your stay outdoor maintenance/indoor cleaning for an additional $200 fee will be scheduled. Bedding/towels not included.
Please cover outdoor furniture when not in use and pull the awning in/close umbrella in anticipation of windy/rainy weather!
Please understand that all guests at the property will be fully fiscally responsible for any damages incurred during your stay. Call me as needed.

Beautiful Home

For the past 10 years my husband and I have been going to Saratoga with two other couples! We all agreed, Susan’s house was absolutely one, if not the best house we have stayed in! It was extremely clean and well appointed! It was perfect for all of us including each couple having their own bathroom! Amazing home and host!

Saratoga Gem

We had the privilege of being the first guests at Susan’s lovely home! It is a comfortable, well appointed, beautifully decorated home close to everything that Saratoga has to offer. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed several evenings around the fire pit with plenty of seating for everyone. I would highly recommend this home.

Saratoga long weekend getaway

My friends and I picked Susan’s home because we have stayed at other locations in the area that weren’t very attractive from the pics but convenient to the track, and we wanted an upgrade. This delivered! Beautiful home, so well maintained and Susan was an excellent host. Incredibly responsive throughout the entire process from booking to check in to while at the house to checkout and afterwards. We would absolutely love to stay here again next summer, and it’s only a few minutes from the Lake, restaurants and less than 15min to the track. Great stay!!!

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is quiet and respectful. The location is not off the beaten path yet it feels like it. Both worlds: The grocery store is minutes away and so is the lake and the walking trails and downtown Saratoga. So much to offer.
