You can walk everywhere, the car will never leave the driveway all weekend long. Plenty of street parking as well. Super home for entertaining or a great getaway weekend with friends. Cozy and Comfortable Bedding and furniture. Four of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and great for couples privacy. Separate suite area on third floor with two bedrooms. Beautiful lounge and fireplace in the kitchen area, complete wrap around Saratoga porch, skylights, amazing wood floors, astounding Victorian woodwork everywhere you look. Over-sized "man-cave" garage and awesome yard.
Vacation in the heart of the action-this home is the one everyone wants to stay in!
Can be used for offsite corporate retreats with large dining table that can fit 12 around

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If possible to start a wash of towels would be greatly appreciated
If grill was used please scrape grill grates with brush to remove reside
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No outside conversations past 11PM Travelers are required to provide the makeup of the group (ages/couples)within 24 hours
Groups of Men travelling together will be limited to 9 guests - the amount of beds that are in the house

We stayed for a friend’s wedding and it was perfect! We had plenty of space and it was perfect walking distance to downtown Saratoga. Charles was a great host and very communicative! Would definitely recommend to anyone going to the area.

This VRBO is amazing. Sooo much room, perfect for family gatherings. Charles's,our host, was very accommodating and responded quickly to any of my questions or request. We will definitely stay here again. It’s very close to downtown Saratoga, easily walkable to shops and restaurants.

This property is magnificent! Our extended family stayed here when they came for my daughter's wedding. From the luxurious master suite to the game room in the garage......it was unbelievable. I highly recommend this property for visits to Saratoga Springs.

Lovely, renovated home in walking distance from downtown Saratoga was perfect for our girl friends getaway. Nicely appointed bedrooms and lots of bathrooms -perfect for a large group. Kitchen is well stocked and open to family room with fireplace. Lots of places to gather or find your own space, with a terrific 3rd floor space with small bedrooms, tv area and fridge. Pool and ping pong in the finished garage were an added bonus! You won’t be disappointed!

This home is spacious, well-appointed and accommodates a crowd very well. My family was very comfortable. I only wish we had more time there. The location was perfect and a short walk to the main shopping and eating establishments. We spent much time talking and relaxing on the large wrap around porch. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Our group of six adults had a wonderful experience staying in this beautiful Saratoga Springs home. The host provided a fully equipped kitchen and multiple dining areas for casual and formal dining. The open floor plan enabled our group to comfortably share this sunny space. Spending time on the rocking chairs on the front porch was completely relaxing. The entire home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The location is ideal, offering a quick walk to the farmer's market, restaurants, bars, and shopping. Our host was responsive to all our inquiries. This home is a perfect choice for a visit to Saratoga Springs.

Charles is an excellent host and great communicator. My 5 siblings and I enjoyed a weekend in Saratoga celebrating my Italian mother's 100th birthday - God rest her soul.Charles allowed us to check in a little early as people were arriving from Boston, NJ, Rochester and Albany. Thus, we were able to get settled in before we ventured to the Hadley rail ride Saturday afternoon - recommended.The house was the perfect size for our crew and we enjoyed a wonderful lasagna dinner with enough seating for all. The house had everything we needed and was spacious enough for our family.Charles also, let us check out an hour later than normal because my sister had a conference call she was leading and needed some extra time.Charles is the best and our family looks forward to another stay at this wonderful property.

Lovely house in Saratoga Springs

We’re a group of women who’ve been going on trips together for more than 30 years. We agree that this is one of the nicest, most comfortable, most well equipped places we’ve ever stayed. Great location, very walkable, helpful property manager, communicative host, enough porch chairs for all 7 of us to sit and rock. Absolutely no complaints!

Hoppy holidays!

We had an EGGcellent Easter weekend at this pristine property! A great location; close enough to Broadway to walk yet far enough to have quiet nights on the magnificent front porch. The kids enjoyed the garage with lots of activities including ping pong, a pool table and basketball. A very spacious house with plenty of room for our 10 guests.
