🪵 Disclaimer: Rural Cabin Stay – Please Read 🌲 By proceeding with this reservation, you acknowledge and understand that you are renting a cabin located in the rural woods of Northern Maine. While we strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment, there are natural elements that come with the setting: 🐭 Mice Activity: Mice may be present year-round due to the surrounding wilderness, with increased activity during the cooler months (fall and winter) as they seek warmth indoors. We use natural and sterile methods to treat the cabin, but occasional sightings or signs of mice may still occur. ❄️ Ice & Snow: Icy conditions are common in colder months. We do our best to salt and shovel walkways, but some ice may remain. Please use caution when walking outside during these times. 🕸️ Spiders & Webs: In this remote wooded setting, spiders are prevalent. We clear webs before each guest’s arrival, especially around the exterior, but they often rebuild quickly due to the natural environment. The property and cabin were beautiful and perfect for our group of 10. It was remote, quiet and relaxing. There was life jackets, kyaks, a canoe and firewood for campfires. We were very happy with our stay.
The house was beautiful the property was great all the amenities were spot on it was clean the kayaks and the canoe Accessible have to do something to take his waterfront back from the ducks had to take the rowboat out away from the shoreline so we could swim other than that place is fantastic
The property was exactly as described and more. The details around the house were well thought out, there was great common space, the porch had ample seating (that swing being my favorite!). The outdoor set up was just as awesome. We loved the fire pit (solo stove for easy handling) and took advantage of the kayaks and canoes for many trips out on Prong Pond. They had plenty of life vests and paddles, so we didn’t have to bring anything. The view of the water from the house was perfect and so serene. We loved the property and proximity to downtown Greenville. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!
This cabin located in Greenville Maine is nothing short of spectacular! Exactly as listed, but that still doesn't do it justice. The property is breathtaking with its wooded seclusion and beautiful waterfront view. You can explore the beauty of Moosehead lake or simply stay and enjoy the wildlife right from your backyard. Either way, you can't go wrong with this property . Our property manager William Plume was a helpful and friendly as they come. The combo of great service and a great product made for a enjoyable and memorable vacation!
This rental was excellent! Very clean. Easy check in/check out process. Communication with host was great and response time was always less than an hour. We stayed for a vacation with friends. Nice fire pit and we enjoyed use of kayaks and canoe. Porch space was wonderful to enjoy a cup of coffee and conversation. One warning I will give for future renters is that you really cannot enjoy swimming. Lots of ducks and so much duck poo on the dock you could not walk on it. If you want to enjoy swimming you may want to plan to visit one of the local beach spots. We went to Lily Bay state park but that also had a lot of ducks :( all in all this was a great spot and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice relaxing time.
