Great, relaxing location, wildlife walked through the yard, a couple kayaks were Perfect with the calm waters in the cove. Perfect for our long weekend catching up with family.

My family of 5 (2 adults 3 kids) just stayed here for a long weekend. The location of the house couldn’t have been better, directly on the lake with a perfect swimming beach for the kids. The cove is quiet and peaceful. The house itself was great, cozy and well stocked. The stars are amazing at night. We wished we could have used the bonfire but understand the fire risk, maybe next time! Perfect house for a family getaway.

We’ve rented many Moosehead camps over the years and this is among the best. Spacious house, comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, great beach and dock. Very charming place—definitely deserves the five stars.

The stay at Moosehead

Such a beautiful spot. We enjoyed our stay so much. The house was so cute and so clean, we saw alot of wildlife, moose and deer were the big hits! Highly recommend others to enjoy a stay in the North Maine Woods!

Cutest Lake Cabin Ever

The cabin was perfect for a relaxing and romantic getaway. We enjoyed sitting by the lake with our feet in the water, watching the sun set. The kitchen is well appointed and we enjoyed grilling on the deck. The home is so cozy and comfortable, we are definitely hoping for a return visit!
