The advantage of this large area is for you to park your big toy for free such as your RV, big boat, large truck or just a plenty of space for you to hold your private event guest parking.
There are three bedrooms, a master bedroom with King size bed that connected directly to the master bathroom, the master bedroom and bathroom are on one side of the house, separate from two other bedrooms by a Living room, kitchen and dining area. The second bedroom has queen size bed, while the third bedroom has one full and one twin size beds.
