Exactly as described

This is a basic apartment with basic amenities. It is perfect for resting after a day in the sun. It is equipped to handle preparing a light breakfast or lunch. The furniture is brand new and the beds were so comfortable. Being on the second floor was no problem. The area is pretty quiet (great for adults, not for teenagers). Pool and grounds are well kept.

Smoke detectors appeared to be non functional, windows were filthy, mold in the shower, bathtub had dark stains, window blinds were broken,stains in the carpet and the lint filter in the dryer hadn’t been cleaned in some time as there were layers of it on the filter- completely plugged. The filter for the HVAC system was not properly installed. Although the owner said the work hard to maintain the unit, it didn’t show during our stay. Would not recommend this place to stay.

jay never complained about anything during his stay in the apartment, on the contrary, in our feedback when he arrived he told us that everything was fine, when he left he found everything bad about the property and asked for a refund, Vrbo asked us and we sent him the evidence that what he said was not true.
