great location

The location was excellent. Quiet neighborhood but close to all the action of Hollywood. Easy walking to many sites, cafes, and eateries. The house was spacious. Upon arrival we had trouble entering, the code we received was off by a digit. The beds were not made and the linens were not clean and some clean ones had stains. There was no detergent to do laundry. There is something living in the ceiling. When we tried to call the owner when we were there we couldn't get through. Other than these things the house has the old character, space, etc.

Beds were not made or linen were dirty and clean one had stain etc are not true. We have made comes and does laundry , make bed , clean house is very professional one. and no complained from other guest house is fully furnished with utensil Coffee, tea, sugar blander are all provided.for guest to make fresh coffee/tea.

Had everything we needed except a cork screw to open our wine.
